The PACER Service Center (PSC) has scheduled a two hour maintenance window on Friday, December 8 beginning at 9:00 PM ET. The PSC will be upgrading the servers that authenticate PACER customers. PACER customers may experience problems with the login during the maintenance window.

Customers that experience login problems during the maintenance window can access PACER by utilizing the universal login feature. If you experience problems during this time, login to http://ecf.psc.uscourts.gov. This server will not be affected by the upgrade. Once your login and password are accepted, visit the PSC links page at http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/psco/cgi-bin/links.pl. Customers may access any of the sites on that page as long as the browser remains open.

The transition will have no affect on CM/ECF filers.
