Modified Filing Procedures Address Security Concerns
The federal Judiciary is responding to the recent disclosure of wide-spread cybersecurity breaches of government computer systems with new security procedures to protect highly sensitive confidential documents. New procedures will not change current policies regarding public access to court records.

Retrieve Username
In order to retrieve your PACER username, you will need to provide the email address that you have on file with PACER. In addition to your email, you are required to enter either your account number or your last name, first name and date of birth. If the information you provide matches what PACER has on record, you will receive your username via email. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact the PACER Service Center at (800) 676-6856 between the hours of 8 AM and 6 PM CT Monday through Friday.
