Modified Filing Procedures Address Security Concerns
The federal Judiciary is responding to the recent disclosure of wide-spread cybersecurity breaches of government computer systems with new security procedures to protect highly sensitive confidential documents. New procedures will not change current policies regarding public access to court records.

Reset Forgotten Password
In order to reset your password, you will need to provide the email address that you have on file with PACER. In addition to your email, you are required to enter either your username, account number, or date of birth. If the information you provide matches what PACER has on record, you will receive an email. Once you receive the email, you need to click on the link "Reset PACER Password" that is contained in the email to initiate a password reset.
